I live outside of Phoenix in the City of Maricopa and our energy company is Electric District 3 (ED3). Have have signed up for time usage and have met all their guideline concerning the plan. My electric bill has been the highest since I have been using ED3. They tell me that I have been using more electric during on peak hours which is not true, there is no one at home during those peak hours. Is there someone other than them I could contact to report this abuse.

@MervenStenson Consumer protection agencies, perhaps. Are you sure that you don’t have something drawing voltage when you’re not home?
