The message says that Obamacare does not work but it seems to be making progress on it’s goal of insuring more Americans. I only know 3 people that needed to sign up for Obamacare, most people I know have insurance through their employer so were not affected.  Those 3 all saved money.  I’m sure you can find many that were affected badly and these many are being strongly publicized.  There are many more whose outcomes are positive.
