Gang of Eight Bill: Punishment for crime worse for citizens, legal immigrants than for illegals

What on earth are the Gang of Eight and their supportive colleagues thinking? It is possible to create legislation that deals with the immigration situation without kow-towing to people who broke the law, especially at the expense of legal immigrants and citizens. This sort of thing truly is a mad and suicidal act for a civilization. It’s hard not to conclude that there is something more at work here. To write legislation like this simply isn’t logical.
