Anything government can do, we can do better, Part 2

Actually, it’s Part 3,597, but who’s counting? We call it Part 2 just because a couple of days ago, we posted this. Different iteration of the same problem: Government doing things it should not be doing, and private entities proving that they are better at it as soon as they are given the chance.
