Imagine if George Bush had a drones memo
Think back to the Bush administration. Think back to the days when Bush was presiding over what the left considered to be the dawn of a new American fascism. Think of how his efforts were depicted by the left. Think back to how Bush himself was portrayed (here’s a reminder—it often involved decapitation).
Now consider the left’s rather tepid reaction to this:
Here’s the deal folks—we ALL need to be consistent. Either we want our government to have this power—no matter who is in control at one particular time—or we do not want them to have this power. PIck a position and stick with it beyond the next transition from Democrats to Republicans to whoever.
