Rand Paul on Congress not reading its own bills
You hear about it in the abstract, but hearing a senator describing the fact that members of congress routinely vote on bills they’ve never read is deeply disturbing. It is shocking to think that such a thing could even occur.
This video is from last year, but it’s worth watching. It’s no less true now.
