Imagine a world where lawmakers actually have to read the final version of a bill before they vote on it. It’s hard to believe that that is not already a requirement, but whoomp, there it is.

Jerrol Lebaron imagines just such a world:

A film about political ethics and legislative incompetence that follows one man’s attempts to require politicians to actually read the Bills they are passing — which, strangely, is not currently required anywhere in the U.S.
