Obamanation — One Painting That Says It All

Jon McNaughton has created another fascinating interactive painting.  This one is titled simply “Obamanation (One Painting That Says It All).  This time he challenged himself to depict all of Obama’s abuses and usurpations in a single painting.

The painting is at this link.  You can just slide the mouse cursor over parts of the painting for detailed desriptions in a side panel, and if you click on an image segment, you can find reference links on the topic.

McNaughton’s paintings combine art, the web, and political research in a unique way to paint a poignant picture of the Obama years in a way that text alone cannot do.

David Leeper

David Leeper began writing for in January, 2011. His 40-year career in engineering includes senior- and officer-level positions at ATT Bell Labs, Bellcore, Motorola, and Intel. Now retired, he lives in Scottsdale, AZ, with his wife of 44 years. Both are active in volunteer work and politics. David is a volunteer science teacher at Before WesternFreePress, he wrote for technical journals including Scientific American. He holds 16 patents in telecom technology and a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
