Arizona Senator John McCain has endorsed Kirk Adams for Congress. The new video highlighting the endorsement is below:

An earlier report by the Arizona Republic highlighted McCain’s support of Adams.

McCain also made it clear where his sympathies are in the closely watched 5th Congressional District GOP primary between former U.S. Rep. Matt Salmon and former state House Speaker Kirk Adams. “I haven’t formally endorsed, but I strongly support Kirk Adams,” McCain said. “I think he has leadership experience, but I also feel that it’s important that we have a next generation of Republican leaders in our state.”

Kirk Adams also enjoys the support of Arizona’s other famous Senator Jon Kyl, who serves as Adams’ Honorary Campaign Chairman. Kyl speaking of Adams said:

“Kirk is exactly the kind of fresh, conservative leader we need to send to Congress to stand up for our principles. He’ll make an outstanding congressman. My only regret is that I won’t be there to serve with him when he’s elected.”
